A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court's Busan District Court's Seo-gu Branch on August 28, 2012. On November 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of road traffic laws (toxicated driving) at the Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court.

1. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant driven a 124CC N125 Traba, without a motor device license, in the section of approximately 4 km south-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu, from around 22:10 on the same day, to around 50-80:40 on the same day, the Defendant was driving a 124CC NY125 Mababa, where he/she was under influence of alcohol, without obtaining a motor device license from around 4km-gu, Daegu to around 50-80 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and drives a motor bicycle without obtaining a motor device bicycle license under the influence of alcohol.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated 124CC N125 Oba with no number plate that was not covered by mandatory insurance, as described in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant, as the owner of a motor vehicle, operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

On July 29, 2008, the Defendant: (a) on July 29, 2016, the Daegu District Court violated the provisions prohibiting driving under the influence of alcohol, such as a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking), a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of road traffic laws (dacting) at the Seog Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 28, 2012; (b) a violation of road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court on November 9, 2012; and (c) a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) at the Seog Branch of the Daegu District Court on January 5, 2016.
