A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

502,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Criminal facts

On September 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment, and two years of suspended execution and on October 2, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 2, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. No person, other than persons handling narcotics, etc. in violation of Acts on the Control of Narcotics, etc., shall administer, deliver, or possess narcotics or psychotropic mental drugs;
