On July 11, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on July 11, 2015, driven B cargo vehicles at a section of about 3 km from around 9 signal belts to the same signal zone from around 5 meters to the same signal zone in the green industry of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu.
