[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

[Criminal Power (Defendant A)] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Gwangju District Court on August 13, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on May 12, 2017.

[2] On January 20, 2018, Defendant A posted a statement to the effect that “the traffic card will be sold” by accessing the Internet F in the front House of Gwangju, and made a false statement to the victim G who visited the Internet.

However, Defendant A had no intention or ability to sell traffic cards to the victim.

A, from February 21, 2018, he received 600,000 won from the victim's bank account (H) to the company bank account in the name of the defendant A from the time of transfer, and acquired 17,032,50 won in total from February 21, 2018, from the time of transfer to February 21, 2018.

Nevertheless, from Apr. 2, 2018 to May 2, 2018, the Defendants operated “K” illegal sports entertainment site in Busan International Airport J from Apr. 2, 2018, and Defendant A urged its members to use the gambling site by telephone, or posted promotion comments on the gambling site bulletin board. Defendant B urged its members to use the gambling site by telephone, or sent their inquiries to the operators of the gambling site.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the names of the poor and thereby committed similar acts to the issuance of sports betting tickets.
