A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. with knowledge of the circumstances where the police officer belonging to the B police station is a police officer C;

On November 2018, the Defendant, while investigating for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., provided DB with “ females engaged in sexual traffic” free of charge, and provided “DB containing information on male customers” as well as “employee who connects male and female customers with sexual traffic by practical system” with C, while having known that C would be provided with “employee who connects male and female customers by sexual traffic.”

On December 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) leased two officetels, including Daegu-gu Ftel G and H building I, 7.5 million won (7.5 million won) invested by the Defendant, and 7.5 million won (7.5 million won); and (b) prepared various auxiliary equipment, such as beds, ftel G, and H building I, to be kept inside the said officetels.

On December 19, 2018, the Defendant conspired with C and E, sent a text message to introduce the key, age, body weight, physical characteristics, etc. of female workers employed by a female sexual traffic to an unspecified number of male and female, and then sent the text message to the male descendants on the name of the above text message at around 14:20 on the same day. At around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant sent the location of the Daegu Nam-gu Ftel G-gu Office G to the male descendants on the name of the above text message. At around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by connecting with K, a female sexual traffic in the atmosphere in the above officetel, to have sexual intercourse with 1.40,00 won, and around that day, until March 8, 2019, the Defendant arranged female workers to have sexual intercourse with an unspecified number of male and female customers by the above method as above.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and E to arrange commercial sex acts.
