1. The Defendant’s KRW 14,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 6, 2015 to October 16, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. C et al. applied for replacement of a director acting for a director in the Seoul Eastern District Court 201Kahap1826 in the provisional disposition of suspending the performance of duties, and on April 5, 2012, the said court rendered a decision that the Defendant’s acting director was replaced from D to the Plaintiff and that the remuneration is not paid.

B. From April 5, 2012 to June 9, 2013, the Plaintiff served as a director acting for the Defendant’s director. During the said period, the Plaintiff used the term “business promotion expenses” from the Defendant, but the term “business promotion expenses” is deemed to be the same as “basic business expenses” under the operating regulations, and the term “basic business expenses” refers to “basic business expenses.”

2. The assertion and judgment

A. On April 5, 2012, the Plaintiff’s summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion was ordered to work as a standing director by the Defendant’s representative; on June 21, 2013, the Defendant’s board of directors resolved to confirm that the Plaintiff had worked as a standing director from April 9, 2012.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 36 million (=3 million x 12 months) of the monthly remuneration of the standing director from April 2012 to March 2013.

In addition, the Plaintiff, while working as the Defendant’s standing director, worked for the period from July 2014 to September 201 (i.e., KRW 3 million x 3 months). The sum of basic activity expenses from May 201 to September 2014 (i.e., KRW 1 million x 5 months). The sum of travel expense communications expenses = 850,00 won x 170,000 won.
