Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant's sole crime;

(a) No one shall provide game water for use, or display or store for such purpose, which has not been rated by a game water rating committee member's meeting;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 12:00 on August 1, 2013 to November 11, 2013, installed the first floor assembly type building located in Yangsan City B, and provided an unspecified number of customers with eight outdoor games, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board members’ meeting.

(b) No person shall engage in a business of exchanging or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;

Nevertheless, the Defendant exchanged KRW 2,00 per fee of KRW 4 points that an unspecified customer acquired by using the said outdoor game water at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, and exchanged KRW 18,000.

2. The Defendant and C’s joint crime committed the illegal game room business as above, and the rent, etc. was known to the general public as the Defendant moved the illegal game room business to another place.

C If 1.5 million won is invested to C, the operation of the game hall will be 50% of its own and its profits.

The defendant conspiredd with C and illegal game room business by accepting C's consent.

(a) No one shall provide game water for use, or display or store for such purposes, which has not been rated by a game water rating committee member;

Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with C on September 4, 2013 to the same month from around 12:00.

5. From the 21:00 to the 21:00, Yangsan-si apartment shopping mall, the two game water rating members set up 8 outdoor games in the 2nd floor, which were not classified by the game water rating members' meeting, and provided an unspecified number of customers for use.

(b) No person shall engage in a business of exchanging or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;
