On November 14, 2013, the defendant sentenced the Seoul Eastern District Court to one year for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Operation) and completed the execution of the sentence on October 7, 2014.

At around 15:10 on February 26, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a BDama vehicle from the front side of the Hanyang Industrial High School in Seoul, Jung-gu to the 100-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.
On June 20, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months at the Seoul Eastern District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and on February 4, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving).
