All of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the children of the deceased E (hereinafter “the Deceased”), and the Defendant is the employer of the medical staff at the hospital’s interest at the operator of the Nam-gu G Hospital located in Nam-gu (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

B. On September 27, 2018, the deceased was hospitalized in the emergency room of the Defendant hospital on the following occasions: (a) with urology, high blood pressure, waste, chronic kidne diseases, dementia, or abnormal exercise diseases (free diseases) which appear in the direction that does not fit his mind and flow to other parts of the body; (b) abnormal exercise, which appeared in the direction that does not fit his mind; and (c) he was hospitalized in the hospital with earth on September 27, 2018 while being hospitalized in the hospital.

The medical team of the defendant hospital conducted the above internal test on the deceased, and took a measure of blood transfusion that is not likely to be an active part of the deceased, and then hospitalized the deceased in the defendant hospital, and then transferred the deceased to the general ward on October 1, 2018.

Since then, the medical team of the defendant hospital administered the deceased with the trogate as well as the mental pathic medicine together with the medical team of the defendant hospital.

On October 11, 2018, the deceased appealed on the part of a bridge, and the medical staff at the Defendant Hospital confirmed the left-hand boom of the body as a result of the inspection.

At this time, the medical team of the defendant hospital heards that the deceased was sleeped to sit in a duplicic machine from the nurse of the deceased.

On October 12, 2018, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital decided to perform the surgery and surgery against the Deceased. However, on October 14, 2018, the medical personnel revoked the surgery due to the increase in the value of the deceased’s heat and blood chromatic value (CRP).

E. On October 19, 2018, the deceased showed symptoms of food degradation, and the deceased’s family members transferred the deceased to an emergency room of Seoul National University Hospital. On October 21, 2018, the deceased hospitalized the deceased into H hospital.

On November 7, 2018, the Deceased's blood dypology becomes worse due to the deterioration of the overall condition and extension function.
