1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 31,990,400 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from June 10, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. Comprehensively taking into account the facts of recognition, Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 10, Eul's evidence Nos. 1 through 3, and Eul's testimony, the plaintiff worked for the defendant who performs a wholesale business of alcoholic beverages from March 2006 to June 2009. During that period, the plaintiff's monthly salary of KRW 100,000 was paid to the defendant (the representative director C) on October 26, 2009. The defendant's payment of interest KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won was paid to the plaintiff from the defendant's business partner's 1 to June 25, 2006, and the defendant's payment of unpaid retirement allowance of KRW 100,000,000,000,000 to the plaintiff's business partner's 20,000,000,000 won was paid to the plaintiff.
