Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2016, at around 13:30 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant requested the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment management office to erase pictures taken by a neighboring victim D (n, 69 years of age) with his/her cell phone, but he/she did not take the pictures, and made an assault, such as taking the face of the victim by his/her head, taking the face of the victim, and pushing him/her with his/her arms.
