Punishment of the crime

Social work personnel shall not leave their service or serve in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

The Defendant, while serving as social work personnel at the C Welfare Center located in Pyeongtaek-si B, did not work at the above C Welfare Center for a total of 14 days, including eight days from January 1, 2015, from January 6, 2015 to January 9, 2015, and from January 12, 2015, and from January 15, 2015 to January 22, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted from service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
