Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within fifteen days;

On October 201, the defendant acquired CKan car from B at a non-permanent place on 100,000 won, and the defendant applied for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant within 15 days.

Nevertheless, until March 11, 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the transfer registration of ownership with respect to the said vehicle.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 06:37 March 11, 2016, the Defendant operated a car with CFF which was not mandatory insurance on the front of the mountain distance in front of the middle-distance 284, U.S., Seoyang-gu, U.S., 2016.
