A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On August 25, 2008, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, by receiving a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-cheon support, and on November 4, 2014, by receiving a fine of KRW 7 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking) from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-cheon support.
