Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2014, the Defendant, at around 02:20, inflicted an injury on the number of days of treatment by assaulting the victim’s face by drinking together with the bath, on the ground that the victim D (48 years of age) who is the customer at the place in Busan Dong-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as “Csing”) was fluenced the Defendant.
