Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased BM7 motor vehicles at the parallel of Masan-dong No. 1466, Jun. 1, 2010 during the period of Ansan-si around January 29, 201, and granted a loan of KRW 22,50,000,000 from Korea Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., for the payment of KRW 22,50,000,000, to the said motor vehicle as a collateral for the said obligation on February 1, 2010, set up a right to collateral security of KRW 22,50

Therefore, even though the Defendant had well preserved the foregoing automobiles which were the object of the mortgage as above, around October 28, 2010, paid only KRW 4,240,524 out of the above payment, the Defendant borrowed KRW 8,90,000 to 119 money, and delivered the said automobiles for the purpose of securing the said automobiles.

As above, the Defendant concealed the location of the above vehicle of the Defendant, which became the subject of the victim, so that it could not be identified, thereby obstructing the victim’s exercise of rights.
