Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant C and D were indicted on September 25, 2015 by the Cheongju District Court 2015Kadan1549, Sept. 25, 2015. The major contents of the facts charged regarding the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (reconciliation) relating to the instant case are as follows. Defendant C requested Defendant C to compile the budget of KRW 40 million per unit first at the A Do Office of Education so that each school can purchase the instant robots.
Upon receipt of the above request, B is not a product registered in the Public Procurement Service, and the basic price is based on the market research or the price comparison with other products.
