A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a B B benz E220-d car under the influence of alcohol concentration on a 00:43 date; (b) discovered that police officers, including E, who belong to the Busan Jin-gu Busan Police Station D, regulate drinking driving on the front of the Busan Jin-gu C Apartment, while driving the B B B benz E in the influence of alcohol concentration on the part of the Busan Jin-dong, and driving the white tunnel on the front of the Busan Jin-gu C Apartment; and (c) demanded police officers, including E, to stop driving on the right-hand way to avoid this.
Under the above circumstances, the Defendant avoided the crackdown on drunk driving, and led to a change of the vehicle by driving the benz vehicle, and led the above vehicle to the front of the vehicle, which is an object dangerous to E, to the police officer in front of the vehicle, and caused the said E to feel a threat of life or body.
Accordingly, the defendant, using dangerous objects, threatened a policeman E, who is a police officer using dangerous objects, thereby hindering a police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the crackdown on drinking driving.
2. The Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol while driving a benz E220D car while under the influence of alcohol as stated in paragraph (1) and was under the influence of alcohol and thereby under the influence of alcohol, on January 12, 2019, the Defendant destroyed the Victim G (the age of 61) who driven a F taxi from the front bank of the Defendant, driving a F taxi on the front bank in front of the bring tunnel charges located in 75-17, Busan SUV-dong, Busan, and proceeded with the same room on the same side; and (b) the fUV vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the Defendant’s benz, which is a dangerous object in mind of continuing the escape of the vehicle in order to help the police and prevent the Defendant from escape, caused the victim’s injury, such as shoulder and salt, which requires treatment for about six days, and damaged the victim’s above H-owned 206,686,608,608.
