Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) was under the influence of alcohol at around 0.106% of alcohol concentration among the blood transfusion around 23:05, the Defendant driven a road at the entrance of C hospital in Jeju City B, which is located in D-owned E Carpcomping vehicles, and proceeded into two lanes from the edge of the main death distance on the street in Jeju Nowon-gu.

A person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely check the right and the right of the front and the right in a clear mind at all times.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by negligence, extracted from the same room to the two-lanes of the victim F.F.(54 years, inn) driving by the same room as it is, discovered the vehicle volume and set it to the right right side, but concealed the back part of the damaged vehicle into the front part on the left side of the vehicle.

Defendant 1 suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury to the victim F (54 years of age, women) such as the impairment of 2 feet, other injury, etc. which requires two-day medical treatment, and the injury to the victim F (H (46 years of age, south) of clocks, tensions, etc. which require two-day medical treatment to the passenger of the damaged vehicle.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.106% of alcohol during blood, was driving D-owned E Car in the section of approximately 500 meters from the musical music shop in Jeju Nowon-gu to the entrance of the C hospital in Jeju-si.
