Reasons

If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,542,798 won and 8,438,055 won per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, 34.9% per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, 24.9% per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, and 34.9% per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, so the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 24% interest per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
