A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2014. 9. 23. 20:40경 속초시 금강교로 12에 있는 이마트 2층 매장에서, 피고인과 시비가 발생한 불상의 여성을 흥분한 상태로 찾아다니다가 피해자 C(여, 45세)가 피고인을 쳐다보았다는 이유로 피해자에게 “씨발 년, 뭘 쳐다봐”라고 욕설을 하며 양손으로 피해자의 어깨를 1회 밀고, 양손으로 피해자의 머리카락을 수 회 잡아 흔들어 피해자를 넘어뜨린 후, 발로 피해자의 몸 부위를 수 회 걷어차는 등 피해자를 폭행하였다.

As a result, the defendant had two parts, rear light part, right shoulder part, etc. which need to be treated for about two weeks.
