Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Child Uniforms Act in the Daegu District Court’s Support on August 7, 2018, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the crime of violation of the Child Uniforms Act. The judgment became final and conclusive on August 15, 2018 and is currently under suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts] The defendant is the husband of the victim C (V, 50 years old), and is the father of the victim D (V, 14 years old).

1. On October 4, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) took care of the Defendant’s house located in his/her own house in his/her C and C with a large amount of sound; (b) took care of the Defendant’s house in his/her house in his/her own house in his/her C and C with a large amount of sound; and (c) took care of the said equipment, the Defendant: (a) thrown away the Victim C with a large amount of sound; and
