A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government "2019 High-class 2678" is the representative of the E Institute in the sixth floor of the D Building, who runs the private teaching institute business with ten regular workers.

1. Nevertheless, from June 2, 2016 to August 31, 2018, the Defendant is at the same workplace.
