Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 20:42 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant driven D C straw-man car with approximately approximately 20 meters alcohol concentration 0.117% under the influence of alcohol, from the front side of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget to C C.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
