1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the 212 cubic metres B in Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, the attached appraisal marks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 of the 212 cubic metres respectively.

1. Basic facts
