Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall borrow a construction business registration certificate or construction business registration pocket book of another constructor, perform construction works by using his/her name or trade name, and any construction works for constructing residential collective housing of which the total floor area is not more than 661 square meters shall be conducted by the constructor.

1. On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) lent the relevant documents, such as a construction business registration certificate, etc. in the name of the Bank of Korea, which is necessary to report the commencement of construction, to a name-free person even though he/she is not a constructor in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; and (b) reported the commencement of construction in the name of the Bank of Korea, around June 21, 2013; (c) filed a construction report in the name of the Bank of Korea, and (d) multi-family housing of a total floor area of 509.60 square meters in the same place; (d) multi-family housing of a total floor area of 659.96 square meters in size in F (106 Dong, building owner G); and (d) multi-family housing of a total floor area of 514.56

2. On April 2014, the Defendant executed a multi-family housing with a total floor area of 496.56 square meters in K (102 Dong and building owner L) and a multi-family housing with a total floor area of 496.56 square meters in M (104 Dong and building owner N) in M, respectively, even though the Defendant is not a constructor.

3.
