A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties: (a) around 14:50 on July 11, 2018; (b) at his dwelling place located in C, the Defendant reported that he would die with a knife; and (c) on July 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was discharged from the position E of the police box affiliated with the Maba Police Station D that called the Defendant, and the senior F; (b)

It shall be discarded off of interest and a large amount of death.

Defendant 1: (a) took part in the knife by dividing the knife into the knife with the above police officers; (b) took the knife end of the kitchen, and took the knife with the above police officers, and took the actions that seem to have taken more than 3-4 times against the above police officers.

Defendant continued to get a warning from police officers to use firearms, left the kitchen knife with the kitchen knife, and kept a knife (28.5cm in total length, 15cm in knife) which was dangerous in plastic containers with the entrance of the dwelling.

Defendant threatened the above police officers with the knife and the end of the knife, and took the knife with the end of the kitchen, and took the above police officers at their hand, and took actions 3 to 4 times towards the above police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention and suppression of crimes.

2. The victim E (53) who is the police officer who was called out after receiving 112 reports was trying to arrest the Defendant as the current offender of the crime of interference with the execution of official duties at the time and place like paragraph 1.

As a result, the Defendant, as his hand, laid down the upper body of the said victim E with his hand and laid it over to the floor, brought about about about four weeks to the above victim, the lower court, who was the fifth string of the water that requires treatment for about four weeks.
