Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a C-si.

On February 19, 2017, the Defendant driven the above taxi around 09:40 on February 19, 2017, while driving the three-lane road in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, toward the sloping distance from the shooting distance of the next hospital, and driving the three-lane road toward the calendar distance.

There is a duty of care to prevent accidents by an interning in accordance with the signals instructed by a traffic signal apparatus to a person engaged in driving service with a location where the traffic signal is installed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and took the front part of the F.O. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F., driven by the victim E ( South, 32 years of age) who was driving along two lanes from the distance of the next hospital from the calendar station by the negligence of the U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S., the Defendant received the front part of the said taxi.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during approximately six weeks of treatment.
