The Defendant is a person who uses the “B” (AD:C) at the Internet’s website.

On November 21, 2015 (o) 22:30 on EBS 1 broadcasting station, the Internet NVP posted an article on the bulletin board of the Internet site as the title "E", which is a photograph, on the content of the broadcast of the “E” program “D” broadcast broadcasted in Korea. On November 22, 2015, the Defendant posted an article on the bulletin board of the said Internet site. On November 22, 2015, the Defendant published the above content on the message “F” on the bulletin column of the Internet victim G (H denial).
