1. The Defendant’s KRW 99,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s 15% per annum from February 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) on October 14, 2018, and the term “stock company” is omitted in other companies.

) An electronic bill issued on January 30, 2019 for par value of KRW 99,00,000, and due date for maturity of the Bank E (hereinafter “instant bill”).

(2) The instant bill was endorsed and transferred in sequence as follows, and the Plaintiff became its final holder.

(1) The Plaintiff, as the last holder of the instant bill, presented the payment transaction at the place of payment within the period of time, on October 16, 2018, 99,000,000 non-mortgaged endorsement 99,000,000 on October 10, 2018, Defendant 2, who was not on October 10, 2018, F 3 F 9,000 on October 15, 2018, G 4 G G 99,000,000 on October 15, 2018, and H 5 H 5 H on October 16, 2018, but was not on October 16, 2018, the Plaintiff refused payment for the reason that there was no dispute over the payment under subparagraphs 1 through 8, respectively.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant, as an endorser of the Promissory Notes, is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff, who is the final holder of the Promissory Notes KRW 99,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at each rate of 12% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from February 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019, as the day following the day on which the copy of the Promissory Notes was served, as requested by the Plaintiff, as the day following the day on which payment was presented. Article 3(1) main text of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019); and Article 3(1) main text of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the following day to the day of full payment.

2. On the judgment of the defendant's assertion, since I forged the endorsement of the bill of this case by using the defendant's authorized certificate without permission, the defendant's obligation to pay the bill.
