Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2015, around 15:05, the Defendant driven C vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance in a state of alcohol alcohol content of approximately 0.107% at a section of about 15km from the roads in front of his house in Southern-gun, Southern-gun, Seoul-do to the roads in front of the Yandodon of the same Gun.
