1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,445,901 and KRW 48,855,210 among them, 25% per annum from March 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff remains at the rate of 12.9% per annum for the defendant on January 28, 2015; 24% per annum for the overdue interest rate of less than two times; 25% per annum for the overdue interest rate of not less than two times; 36 months for repayment; 48,85,210 won for the overdue interest of the loan as of March 9, 2016; 3,807,817 won for the overdue interest; and 2,121,906 won for the overdue interest; 2,60,960,968 won for the overdue interest of the loan; and 35% per annum for the overdue interest of the loan to the plaintiff at the rate of 57,405,50 won for the overdue interest of the loan and the delayed interest of 2015.25% per annum for the delayed interest of the loan.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
