Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant who intrudes upon his residence, assaults, or damages goods on April 10, 2020, thereby hedging in this telephone by the victim B (inn, 23 years of age) who had a relationship of interest around 01:00;
