The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 5, Plaintiff A was 48067/863, Plaintiff B was 85643/3, Plaintiff C was 2403.3/85643, Plaintiff D was 4805.6/8643, Plaintiff E was 2403.3/85643, Plaintiff F was 7210/85643, Plaintiff G was 7210/85643, Plaintiff C was 7210/85643 (O was dead on July 25, 2017 and succeeded by Plaintiff I alone) of 7210/7563 (O was owned by Plaintiff A’s co-ownership share of 3930.5/3963, respectively, and Plaintiff H owned the separate list No. 67 of real estate.

B. On September 3, 2012, the owners of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through (5) entered into a contract to sell all of them to Defendant J, K, and L by dividing them into shares (hereinafter “first sale contract of this case”) and on the grounds of such contract, Defendant J divided the shares of 18/20 on September 17, 2012 into the Suwon District Court Sungnam Branch Branch Branch Branch Office of 61243, respectively, the shares of 18/20 on September 17, 2012, the number of 1/20 on the same date as the same registry office, as 61244 on the same date, each of the shares of 1/20 on the same registry office, and the shares of 20/10 on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 6 and 7 (hereinafter “the shares of 1/20 on each of the following grounds to Defendant J. 2, 2012, each of which was sold to Defendant J. 26 (hereinafter “the shares of this case”).

C. Since then, Defendant J, K, and L shall support the Suwon District Court for the purchase and sale of the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table to Defendant N on May 29, 2013.
