Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 14, 2015.

The Defendant, around 02:40 on January 25, 2015, entered into a DNA observer car parked by the victim C on the roads adjacent to Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu, in order to steals the goods into the said car, and did so on the wind that the text is corrected.
