1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted to this court was presented, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified.

Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is consistent with the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except for the case as described below, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

In the second instance judgment, the “Plaintiff-Litigation Intervenor” in the first instance judgment is deemed to be the “Plaintiff-Litigation Intervenor” in the second instance judgment, and the “Plaintiff and Intervenor” in the third instance judgment shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff-Litigation Intervenor” in the third instance judgment.

No. 5 of the judgment of the first instance shall be deleted from 18 to 6.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case against the defendants is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
