Punishment of the crime

around April 6, 2015, the Victim Home Stacker Co., Ltd. signed a franchise agreement on the H convenience store located in G in G in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in the period of April 6, 2015, and the Defendant was the transferee of the said H convenience store from F in August 1, 2016.

The victim entered into a contract with the customer to charge pre-paid cards within the scope of the maximum amount when the customer requests legitimate charging services with respect to E-V cards, Korea Smart Card Companies, and pre-paid cards sales, and to this end, the victim is responsible for the establishment of the pre-paid card payment service system in the store, the installation of a short term, and the management and operation of the terminal.

In addition, the defendant should transfer the sales generated from charging and selling pre-paid cards to the victim according to the merchant agreement concluded with the victim.

However, around September 2016, the Defendant asserted to the effect that “the victim would compensate for damages related to the operation of the product order data, cost disclosure data, and franchise store” was stated to the effect that “the victim does not provide accurate data, etc., and the fact at the above H convenience store from around 07:40 on May 14, 2017 to around 14:40 on the same day, in order to raise the cost for litigation against the victim, even though the victim did not pay the amount of the charge normally, the Defendant collected 1 copy of the rain card which the victim was in possession of in advance on the charging terminal, and then filled 50,000 won per 50,000 won per card, and filled 10 won per 10,000 won per 50,000 won per 1 card, and filled 300,000 won in total,00 won per 20,000 won per 27,000 won per 27,000 won per card.

As a result, the Defendant entered false information into the data processing unit, such as a computer, and processed the information, thereby making a total of 213,600,000 won.
