Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the E-representative, who has entered into a contract with the committee for promotion of the urban environment improvement project and the agency contract for the rearrangement project, was acting on behalf of the committee for the rearrangement project. On December 31, 2013, the Defendant was refused to terminate the above contract with the committee for promotion of the rearrangement project and to request the return of the loan paid to the committee for promotion of the rearrangement project. On February 10, 2014, at the company E office located in Daejeon-gu F, 902, the chairman of the committee for promotion of the urban environment improvement project neglected the consent form, which is one of his/her obligations, and continued to transfer his/her responsibility to E, even if he/she delayed the rearrangement project by neglecting the consent form, which is one of his/her obligations. The chairman acting on behalf of the committee for promotion of the urban environment improvement project, uses the committee for promotion of H music classes only as if it was one of his/her own personal car page and the owner of the committee for promotion.

However, there was no fact that the victim G neglected the consent form and delayed the maintenance project because the residents consent form for the urban environment improvement project was the duty of the defendant E, who entered into the agency contract, and there was no fact that the victim H used it as personal car page, such as raising the promotional materials of the individual singing class on the Internet car page of the promotion committee.

The Defendant sent 20 members of the committee for promotion of the above rearrangement project by mail at the same time and damaged the honor of the victims by openly stating false facts.
