Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 19, 2015, around 14:20, the Defendant was running on the road in the apartment complex between Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 37 (Influorial Dong-dong) and 4 Dong-dong and 6-dong apartment complex, and the Defendant was running on the front of Obaba, while he operated Dalba for delivery of Cpic food.

2. The Defendant, on January 17, 2017, was proceeding in the opposite part of the operation of JOtoba in order to deliver C-PP food from the Illey-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu around 12:12 on January 17, 2017.
