Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Force” On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on July 24, 2015 and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 15, 2015.

[Criminal Facts]

1. E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) operated by the Defendant evading compulsory execution shall purchase 34,696m2 from MM on September 26, 201 and complete the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of E around November 28, 201, in a price of KRW 745,000,000,000 from MM, which is a stock company with the land of KRW 34,696m2 in F on September 26, 201.

The Defendant refused a request from G which provided deposit of KRW 2 billion with a new bank as collateral to establish a collateral on the said land several occasions. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant was in receipt of a request from G to keep documents necessary for the registration of the establishment of a collateral on the said land, and upon receipt of a request from G to L, the Defendant made a disposal trust to Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Asset Trust”) on October 30, 2012, and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the said land around November 1, 2012.

Since then, E established the J (hereinafter “J”) that registered the trust registration of the above land as the representative director around May 30, 2013, and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership under the name of J (hereinafter “J”) by cancelling the trust registration of the above land around May 30, 2013 by cancelling the registration of the trust registration of the above land, and selling the land of the Roman in the name of J to 1.2 billion won in the transaction price of the said land to 1.2 billion won in the transaction price.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the above land owned by E with a view to evading compulsory execution as above.
