1. Defendant B and C shall pay to each Plaintiff KRW 452,790,000 with full payment from November 17, 2009.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the sum of 28,061 square meters (8,488.5 square meters, hereinafter “instant land”) in Namyang-si, Namyang-si and 20 parcels outside D.

B. On May 7, 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) sold the instant land to Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”); (b) sold KRW 8,488,00,000 to the Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”); (c) subsequently, the Plaintiff changed the sales price to KRW 7,736,00,000 for the remaining approximately KRW 7,736,00,000,000,00

(hereinafter “instant transaction”). Defendant C guaranteed the Defendant Company’s obligation to the Plaintiff following the instant transaction.

C. The Defendant Company registered the instant land by dividing it into 62 lots in order to develop it into a multi-unit housing site.
