A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall, where he takes over a motor vehicle by reason other than sale, donation, or inheritance, apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the Mayor/Do governor within fifteen days after such reason occurs;

On September 4, 2015, the Defendant was holding the said company while closing a stock company B.

C Despite the acquisition by transfer of the first passenger car, the competent Mayor/Do governor did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said passenger car without justifiable grounds until September 19, 2015.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on March 10, 2016, the Defendant operated the first-class car not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 2 km to the front road of 341-7, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, which was located in 09:40 on March 10, 2016.

The sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act provides for a summary order taking into account the following: (a) the Defendant recognized his mistake and reflects his mistake; (b) there is no record of punishment for the same kind of crime; and (c) the process of a public auction is underway for the vehicle as indicated in the judgment.
