Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) received money by means of multiplying the betting amount by a certain ratio of the betting amount; and (b) entered the online private sports betting site, “B (such as C, etc., changes several times)” which the website operator has, as a result, entered the said online private sports entertainment site as “D”.

In addition, around May 20, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 50,00 in Korea’s bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of G, which is the gambling charging account designated by the site operator, with access to the above gambling site from May 20, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 805,00,000, and deposited KRW 68,538,000 from June 18, 2013, as shown in the separate sheet of crime, and received KRW 64,51,500 through 93 times according to the result of betting.

As a result, the Defendant gambling in gambling amounting to KRW 133,049,50.

2. No one, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business operator, shall gambling in a way of using similar acts which provide property or property benefits to persons who win the betting ballots or similar things (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) and win the betting ballots or similar things;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the place under paragraph (1), she stuffed by using similar acts, as in paragraph (1).
