Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was on duty as an employee at a sublime fish farming place in Yong-Namnam-gun C.

On November 26, 2012, the victim D purchased approximately 10 tons of sublime fish in the above aquaculture from E/F where he operated the above aquaculture.

On December 2, 2012, approximately 6 tons of sublime fish in the above aquaculture plant shipped approximately 27 million won at the market price.

On January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded and stolen the material quantity among the sublime fish remaining after shipping to the above aquaculture; (b) on the truck he prepared to do so.
