A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 9, 201, the suspect was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daejeon District Court Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on March 9, 201, and a fine of KRW 4 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daejeon District Court Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on July 23, 2014.
On April 20, 2015, around 02:10, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of about 10 meters up to 10 meters from the day when the Defendant was under the influence of 0.118% of blood alcohol level at the department store parking lot. The Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 10 meters until the Defendant was under the influence of 0.118% of blood alcohol level at the department store parking lot.
Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
