A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler,

1. On May 16, 2013, at the conference room in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Gangwon-do Crossing Group at approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs B, in a single-use injection machine, in a way that the Defendant puts approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine and dilution them with raw water, and administers phiphones in a way that the Defendant gives them injection into the bloodline;
