Punishment of the crime

[2013 high-level 1240] On September 28, 2013, the Defendant was boarding a taxi operated by the victim C (the age of 59) in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2013, and then was in front of the post office located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu. In doing so, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim under the provision that “I return to the road and got a large amount of fee,” and the victim took a boom of the victim’s floth, who dumbing the Defendant’s flaf, and plicked the Defendant’s flaf, which requires about five-day medical treatment.
