Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 27, 2016, for a special property damage crime in the Daejeon District Court’s Support for the Daejeon District Court, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 5, 2016, which became final and conclusive on October 5, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 5, 2017, from around 14:00 to 14:30 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the traffic by blocking the front side of ready-mixed vehicles, etc. passing on the above road for about 30 minutes on the grounds that noise and dust have occurred due to the vehicle passing through the above road.

2. On September 15, 2017, around 08:45, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the traffic of the road at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 08:45; and (c) obstructed the traffic of the road for the foregoing reasons; and (c) asked the victim E, who is the circumstances leading up to the Busan Police Station D District Unit, called the victim, who was called out after receiving a report, to stop the road.

The purpose of this article is to “to kill and die scars,” the victim’s neck was humped once with the hand floor, and the victim’s hump was assaulted once by drinking humbling the victim’s left part of the snow.

In the end, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports, and at the same time, the Defendant saw the victim to scambling and scam around 10 days in need of medical treatment.
