Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received 7.2 million won in total for six months from May 2012 to October 2012 each month from around 1200,000 won under the name of benefit, instead of performing the management duties of the said building from D, which is the lien holder of the building C in the Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-do, Chungcheongnam-do.
