A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 29, 201, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Daegu District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

On June 26, 2020, at around 20:0, the Defendant driven an E food car with approximately 60 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.208% from the road front of the C convenience store located in Daegu Dong-gu B to the D front road.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

There is no history of criminal punishment heavier than imprisonment without prison labor.
